BOOKING FLOW HELP

Booking flow consists of 5 steps:

  • Route selection/li>
  • Goods type
  • Vehicle type
  • Passenger details
  • Confirmation & payment

Once you have paid for the booking you will receive a waybill number. Using your waybill number - you can go to the port anytime during the booking validity period - and check in.

Freight Charge:
The price for the freight vehicle.

BAF:
Bunker Adjustment Fuel/Fuel surcharge. Reviewed every month against the cost of low sulphur fuel.

Fuel Surcharges

Based upon the following criteria, a fuel surcharge will not be in place for June 2020.

30 Day rolling MGO average as per Bunkerworld.com (20th April to 19th May 2020 inclusive)

MGO Price: $215.36

30 days rolling USD/GBP average as per Exchangerate.org.uk

£1 = $1.24

£1 = €1.14

A trigger point of GBP 338 per metric ton MGO exists across all routes, above which we are obliged to charge BAF

Fuel consumption is calculated per route and per vessel, converted into length bands
